RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We fully support the BaitWell Buddy’s quality and reliability.  If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we'll provide instructions for sending the product back. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly.

One-Year Limited Warranty

The BaitWell Buddy is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original consumer purchaser. If any part becomes defective during normal operation within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications to the product. This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser. Because BaitWell Buddy cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products purchased from BaitWell Buddy or a BaitWell Buddy authorized seller, unless prohibited by law.
