We ship all BaitWell Buddy products via reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Damage
If your BaitWell Buddy arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
